Job Description:
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to manage and support the smooth delivery of our professional certification and short-term development programs. The role involves coordinating between clients, trainers, and the sales team to ensure efficient course operations and an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, enrolments, and logistics for short-term and certification courses.
- Communicate with clients and trainers to ensure smooth program execution.
- Manage CRM records, attendance, certificates, and reports.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support sales follow-ups.
- Monitor ongoing batches and maintain high training quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a training institute or EdTech preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
