About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting daily financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently.
• Oversee timely collection of receivables and payment of liabilities.
• Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity.
• Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
