Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all academic, operational, and administrative functions of the institute.

- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead, motivate, and develop academic and administrative teams.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance business growth through effective marketing and student enrollment strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Report regularly to the management on institutional performance and development plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of management experience within the education sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of educational operations, compliance, and customer service.
