We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth communication between departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome client in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and messages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Manage daily office correspondence (emails, documents, courier handling).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide general information about the company’s products and services.
- Assist management with additional clerical duties as needed.
