Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist with expertise in Booking.com, RMS, and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling reservations, guest check-ins/outs, and front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly.

Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

2. Reservations & Booking Management

Handle online and direct reservations via Booking.com, RMS, and other OTA platforms.

Monitor and update room availability and pricing across booking channels.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.

3. Administrative & Financial Tasks

Process guest payments, invoices, and refunds.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest details, and payments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

4. Communication & Coordination

Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry.

Expertise in Booking.com, RMS, and other reservation systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

High level of professionalism and customer service.

Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
