The project:

This is a high-profile building asset located in Abu Dhabi.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivers PMO and project controls services across designated projects within the Centre of Excellence.
• Implements PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies on assigned commissions.
• Manages day-to-day PMO and project controls activities across assigned commissions.
• Builds strong professional relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Provides technical advice on cost, schedule, change, and risk management.
• Contributes to structured governance and performance reporting meetings.
• Guides development and monitoring of project baselines and contingency plans.
• Monitors and supports project quantitative risk analysis for cost and time.
• Collaborates with PMO director or project manager to address risks and opportunities.
• Supports integration of project controls with PMO and planning disciplines.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, a strong academic foundation is essential for managing complex project controls.
• UAE project experience essential.
• Extensive experience in project controls.
• Proficiency in project controls tools and methodologies.
