Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
• Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform or coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.).
• Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime for any repair work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, Tenants and management.
• Keep records of maintenance tasks, costs, and supplies used.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide reports and updates to management on maintenance status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Salary: Based upon experience
