We are looking for a young, dynamic, and presentable Restaurant Manager with prior experience in hotels or restaurants. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving both company and personal goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Restaurant Manager
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both required)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards
- Ability to handle budgets, stock, and staff scheduling efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Prepare and manage budgets effectively
- Create and manage staff duty rosters
- Plan and update restaurant menus
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, licensing, and health & safety standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front of House & Back of House)
- Maintain high service quality and maximize customer satisfaction
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and purchasing of supplies
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to enhance the restaurant’s image and profitability
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense reports
- Promote the brand locally through events and marketing initiatives
- Suggest ways to reach a broader audience through offers and social media promotions
- Train new and existing employees on best service practices
- Implement and enforce company policies and operational protocols
