Travel Agent

Overview:

Seeking an Arabic-speaking Travel Sales Executive to sell travel packages, manage bookings, and maintain client relationships across the GCC. Candidates from GCC or other Arab countries preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote & sell travel packages, tours, and corporate travel solutions
  • Manage flight, hotel, transport, and visa bookings using Amadeus or similar systems
  • Prepare itineraries and maintain client documentation
  • Maintain CRM records and report sales performance
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in Arabic & English

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic (essential) + English (preferable)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Amadeus GDS or similar booking systems
  • Understanding of UAE travel rules, visa procedures, and popular destinations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
