Job Description
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, treatment rooms, and showers
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service
- Ensure a steady supply of clean towels, robes, linens, and other amenities
- Restock refreshments, spa products, and supplies as needed
- Support spa therapists by facilitating smooth transitions between services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, needs, and concerns
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in accordance with hotel and health standards
- Assist in inventory management and reporting of spa supplies
- Promote spa services and products when appropriate

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Possess active license or certification in related field
- One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
