Our client is seeking a bilingual (Arabic & English) Social Media & Chatbot Expert to join its digital communication team in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging Arabic and English content aligned with the client’s brand voice
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social channels
• Manage chatbot communication systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Track engagement data and optimize campaigns for improved reach and interaction

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
• Strong email and content drafting skills
• Proven experience in social media and chatbot management
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills
